Where you are providing this information as a customer of our takeaway or dining, this information will be kept for 3 weeks and then securely destroyed. If you have provided this information as a hotel guest, this information will be kept in line with our ordinary retention procedures. We will only ever share this information with legitimate public health authorities.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
  • We will only process your personal data where we have a sufficient legal basis for doing so. Where you are a guest at the hotel, we rely on our contractual obligations to you when providing you with a room, but generally we rely on our legitimate business interests in maintaining a log of guests who have stayed with us and our customers.
